Position Requirements:
- English C1 (written and verbal)
- Organized person with project management ability – ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, keep track of their progress, stay organized, meet the deadlines and get things done (remind others to do the needed, not the other way around).
- Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment (the team is dispersed across EMEA, so face-to-face interaction is minimal).
- Proactive team player with positive “can-do” attitude and ability to “own” tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment rather than rely on following rigid processes.
- Affinity to technology. While technical knowledge of Data Centre products (Servers, Storage) / Solutions / Applications (i.e. Private and Hybrid Cloud, Hyperconverged solutions, SAP HANA etc.) is notrequired, it is expected that the person will gain understanding of various aspects of the datacentre business, key market trends, main products and solutions and key Lenovo selling points and will enjoy learning and exploring that.
- “Digitally” oriented – and keen to develop digital marketing skills with already some experience and/or understanding of:
o web design, HTML
o analytics (i.e. Google/Adobe Analytics)
o executing digital display/video campaigns
o executing email campaigns/newsletters
- Interest in B2B marketing – usage of marketing technology tools/marketing automation tools, database marketing for lead generation and lead scoring.
o Marketo - no previous experience is required, you will need to get basic training &certification.
o Experience with any CRM/MarTech tools is an advantage.
